Kid's Fest at Silver Dollar City

We spent this past Saturday at Silver Dollar City. The weather was cool and damp but we had a great time. Lily rode all her favorite rides with Daddy while I got to sit and watch.
For the first time, Lily is tall enough and ready to ride by herself . She rode the bouncing froggies by herself like a big girl. It's exciting and sad at the same time.

Lily and Daddy sharing a frozen lemonade.
Lily was thrilled to read the map, like Dora. Here's Lily and Daddy after the VeggieTale show. You can see Larry and Bob in the background. This is about as close as she'll get to things like that.

Swim Lessons!

Lily had her first swim lessons at Swim Ranch this week. Luckily on Thursday after my doctor's appointment, I was able to make it back to take some pictures of her in the pool with her Daddy!
Lily with the famous Mrs. Virginia
I can never catch her smiling but she was having a great time!
Floating on her back. When she was a baby she hated it, now she loves it!
Lily going down the slide!
Playtime at the end of class!
Lily is doing really well. She thinks she's big enough to be able to do everything on her though. It makes me think she'll do great next year when she is old enough to go without one of us in the water.

26 week update on Lorelai.

I had another doctor's appointment this morning. My ultrasound showed that nothing has changed and I'll be having another followup in about 6 more weeks. Lorelai's heartbeat is still strong and was in the 140's and 150's today. I did see that, as of this morning, she is breech but there's still plenty of time for that to change.
